The project consists of an approximate 11,000 SF renovation to an existing century-old building in downtown Indianapolis.
The scope of work included demolition of finishes down to the structure, construction of new leasing offices, a workout center, lounge, mail center, and relaxation nook for the building’s tenants. Work completed also included updating the mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems on the first levels of the existing apartment building. The historic charm of the building can still be found along with modern-day luxuries.
