Gibson Commercial Construction recently commenced construction on an interior renovation project for Barrett & Stokely at its Winter House Leasing Office. Located at 1321 North Meridian Street in Indianapolis. The project consists of almost 11,000 SF of full renovation including demolition, framing and all new finishes along with mechanical and electrical upgrades – to better serve current and incoming tenants for the facility. A few of the new amenities include an in-house gym, lounge, lobby/study area. The project is scheduled to be completed in August 2016.
