These projects consisted of constructing (3) approximately 4,600 SF 6-bay garages at Putnam Park Road Course in rural Putnam County, Indiana.
Our scope started from a pad-ready site and included the foundations, slabs, masonry, roofing, as well as lighting, fans, plumbing, and doors. Each bay has a coiling door and man door on either end, its own set of fans and lights, and a compressed air drop. The bays are painted to the owner’s specifications.
