The project consists of the construction of a ~13,000 SF storage barn for the Montgomery County Highway Department to replace a previous structure that had burned down. As part of the project, a 6,700 SF maintenance shop was constructed as well.
The buildings are pole structures with concrete slabs and lighting. The maintenance shop included a trench for maintaining equipment, an exhaust system, radiant heat, and included fire suppression systems.
