The project consisted of a 4,700 SF buildout for a coworking space on the second floor of an existing retail center in Plainfield, Indiana.
Our scope for this buildout began from a whitebox condition space and included the installation of new rooftop mechanical units, plumbing for a new sink, and installing new lights. The scope also called for additional windows to be installed to bring in more natural light for space. We were responsible for the framing and drywalling of the offices, doors and hardware, and finishes throughout the space.
