The project consisted of an approximate 13,000 SF addition to an operating dog kennel located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This was a design-build project in order to maintain the owner’s budget. Our scope included the site work as well as the pre-engineered addition with a large amount of masonry walls and other resilient finishes to withstand the wear and tear these facilities endure. Tying into and renovating the existing structure were completed after a brief break to allow the operations time to move into the new section.
