Phase 1 of this project consisted of a 114,000 SF climate controlled self storage conversion to an existing structure in Euclid, Ohio. This conversion incorporated a drive-thru lane for convenient loading and unloading – out of the elements.
Phase 2 of the project consisted of converting the underutilized parking lot into over 26,000 of non-climate-controlled drive up storage and outdoor parking.
The scopes of work completed by Gibson Commercial Construction included demolition, sitework, roofing, new mechanical systems, new LED lighting, storage unit and building install, concrete foundations and slabs, asphalt, painting, fencing and building out a new office.
