Steel is up and concrete is going down at the future location of Tom Wood Powersports in Indianapolis. The liner panel is nearing completion on the interior, while mechanical is being roughed in prior to drywall. Soon the finishes will be installed as this project nears completion.
Gibson Commercial Construction is proud to announce the completion of 38Key Storage in Indianapolis, IN. The new self-storage facility located just north of the intersection of 38th Street and Keystone Avenue offers over 13,000 square feet of rentable storage space. The site is secured with new fencing, an automatic gate, video surveillance, as well as individual unit alarms. The scope completed included reworking existing utilities, new concrete pavement, site improvements, as well as the new storage building and the security and access systems.
Work continues in Euclid, Ohio as the metal package prepares to be installed at the future Extra Space Storage. The new RTUs have been installed on the freshly completed roof. The ductwork is near completion as the painting scope nears the end. The floor grinding will make way for the metal package installation as work to the office makes headway.
The interior storage units are beginning to take form for the new Extra Space Self Storage in Euclid, Ohio. The climate-controlled conversion continues along since the last update. The roof replacement has been completed, new RTUs set and fired up, new electrical circuits ran, and light fixtured converted. The painting and finishes will be installed along with the unit installation.
Utility install is wrapping up and buildings are going up at the newest self-storage option in Indianapolis. The soon-to-be available units at 38Key Storage are taking shape as the site work wraps up at the location along Keystone Avenue. The (3) buildings, totaling 13,750 square feet, are expected to be open in January 2021.
Gibson Commercial Construction has recently completed the new facility for the IMPD’s K9 Division. The new building is located at the former Central State site on the west side of Indianapolis. Training space, offices, locker rooms, and a classroom are some of the new amenities now available for the K9 Unit.
Drywall is up and being finished, paint is being sprayed, and the final site items are being completed as the new facility for Traffic Control Specialists in Crawfordsville, IN hits the home stretch. Soon, the ceilings will be installed as well as the light fixtures and plumbing fixtures. Stay tuned as this project nears completion.
The concrete work is wrapped up and final grade is in progress as we await building delivery at the exterior self-storage expansion along South Anthony Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The expansion at Extra Space Storage will offer (13) new cold storage structures to expand their existing storage options. The exterior storage will feature state-of-the-art technology for access and security.
