Back in Love

Gibson Commercial Construction has recently started another addition for the Love’s Travel Stop located off of I-70 and State Road 39 in Hendricks County, Indiana. We are proud to partner with Love’s on this project and excited to be back at the location of our first project with them. This addition will provide added cooler and freezer space for expanded fresh food options for those on the road. Check back soon for progress on this project.

Interior Units Taking Shape in Euclid

The interior storage units are beginning to take form for the new Extra Space Self Storage in Euclid, Ohio. The climate-controlled conversion continues along since the last update. The roof replacement has been completed, new RTUs set and fired up, new electrical circuits ran, and light fixtured converted. The painting and finishes will be installed along with the unit installation.

38Key Storage is Open

Gibson Commercial Construction is proud to announce the completion of 38Key Storage in Indianapolis, IN. The new self-storage facility located just north of the intersection of 38th Street and Keystone Avenue offers over 13,000 square feet of rentable storage space. The site is secured with new fencing, an automatic gate, video surveillance, as well as individual unit alarms. The scope completed included reworking existing utilities, new concrete pavement, site improvements, as well as the new storage building and the security and access systems.

Ready for Buildings at Extra Space Storage

The concrete work is wrapped up and final grade is in progress as we await building delivery at the exterior self-storage expansion along South Anthony Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The expansion at Extra Space Storage will offer (13) new cold storage structures to expand their existing storage options. The exterior storage will feature state-of-the-art technology for access and security.
