New Prep Academy for Associated Builders and Contractors
A new Prep Academy was recently completed for Associated Builders and Contractors in Fishers, IN. Gibson Commercial Construction, as well as many other members of Associated Builders and Contractors, were able to complete the buildout in order to give high school students the preparation tools they would need to grow within the construction field with hands-on experience. Speedco Expands at Love’s Travel Stop in Mooresville
Gibson Commercial Construction has recently started another project at the Love’s Travel Stop in Mooresville, IN. This project entails an expansion to the Speedco Truck Lube & Tires location at the Travel Stop. The expansion will increase the bay capacity and includes a pit for the mechanics.
Progress at Tom Wood Powersports Indy
Steel is up and concrete is going down at the future location of Tom Wood Powersports in Indianapolis. The liner panel is nearing completion on the interior, while mechanical is being roughed in prior to drywall. Soon the finishes will be installed as this project nears completion.
Renovations at Fall Creek Montessori Academy
Gibson Commercial Construction has recently completed a renovation for the Fall Creek Montessori Academy in Indianapolis. This project consisted of adding a classroom and storage space. The new room allows for additional classes at the Academy.

Work has begun on the new location for Tom Wood Powersports on East 96th Street in Indianapolis, IN. Gibson Commercial Construction will be transforming these once office suites into Powersports’ new home. Once complete, the building will offer expanded showrooms and service facilities. New Associated Builders and Contractors Prep Academy in Fishers, IN
Gibson Commercial Construction is pleased to be able to assist with the buildout of the new Associated Builders and Contractors Prep Academy in Fishers, IN. The new space will allow the Prep Academy to continue its reach to local high school students to prepare them for careers within the construction trades. This program offers high school students a unique opportunity to experience the trades hands-on and begin their training prior to graduation.

Drive Up Units at Extra Space Storage
The exterior drive up units at Extra Space Storage along South Anthony Boulevard in Fort Wayne, Indiana are now open. The additional units were constructed by Gibson Commercial Construction and allowed a non-climate controlled option to Extra Space’s customers. These new units feature NOKE technology to secure units and offer convenient access. The scope of the project entailed grading, asphalt, landscaping, fencing, construction of the buildings, and the infrastructure for the NOKE system.
Extra Space Storage Expansion is Open
The Extra Space Storage along Maplecrest Road and Stellhorn Road in Fort Wayne has recently opened its expansion. The expansion constructed by Gibson Commercial Construction allowed the facility to offer nonclimate-controlled storage options to complement their interior climate controlled units. The expansion included work to the storm sewer system, grading work, asphalt, landscaping, fencing, and the construction of the buildings. These new outdoor units offer NOKE technology to secure the units and offer convenient access to users.
