Approximately 8,800 square feet of exterior self storage is coming soon to Extra Space Storage on Chester Ave in Cleveland, OH. In addition to the new exterior units, site fencing, automatic gates, site lighting and security cameras will be installed at this site. These exterior units will complement the interior storage conversion Gibson Commercial Construction completed at this location in 2020.
Climate Controlled Options Available at Elyria Storage
Gibson Commercial Construction managed the construction of a 7,000 SF climate controlled storage building at Elyria Storage in Elyria, OH. This new building adds climate controlled units to the offerings Elyria Storage provides. New asphalt and storm sewer work were additional scope items to enhance the facility.
New BMV Connect coming to Lafayette
Work has commenced on a new BMV Connect branch in Lafayette, IN. The new BMV branch, located within the Market Square Shopping Center, will feature BMV Connect kiosks allowing for 24 hour access to BMV services. The buildout includes offices, classrooms, testing stations and transaction desks. Stay registered as this project drives along.
Lorain Mini Storage is Open For Business
A new self-storage option is available in Lorain, OH. Gibson Commercial Construction has completed the first phase of the conversion of an existing building into climate controlled self-storage. In addition, this project entailed placing non-climate controlled drive up storage units in the adjacent parking lots.
New Exterior Storage Expansion Started in Euclid, OH
Expansion Complete at Love’s Truck Care and Tire Center in Mooresville
A recent expansion of the Love’s Truck Care and Tire Center located at Love’s Travel Stop in Mooresville, IN is complete. This project added an additional bay complete with an oil pit to increase maintenance efficiency and capacity. The Truck Care lobby also received enhancements as part of this project.
Tom Wood Powersports Indy is Officially Open
Gibson Commercial Construction transformed two former office buildings into the new home for Tom Wood Powersports on 96th Street in Carmel, Indiana. The new space offers two showrooms for the multiple brand offerings, as well as a new service center to expand service capabilities offered at the location.
