The new entrance vestibule is complete at Tom Wood Nissan along East 96^th Street in Indianapolis. Fresh signage has been installed and the exterior paint job has been finalized. These exterior improvements compliment the interior rebranding that was previously executed.

The exterior work is nearing completion in Westlake ahead of winter weather. The storage units have been constructed on the interior and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have been roughed in. The exterior doors and windows will be installed in the coming weeks as this project hits the home stretch.

Gibson Commercial Construction is underway in Springfield, OH on an expansion to the Extra Space Storage. Site work and building slabs are complete for the drive up storage units. Soon the buildings will be constructed on the slabs, asphalt pavement in place and fence work commenced.

Gibson Commercial Construction has completed a non climate controlled storage expansion at the Extra Space Storage in Springfield, OH. This expansion brings an additional 38,000+ square footage of storage space to the existing climate controlled facility. This project’s scope included sitework, paving, fencing, landscaping, permanent structures as well as portable units.
