Gibson Commercial Construction has completed renovations on a 20,000 SF retail facility located at Sunland Towne Center in El Paso, TX.  Gibson Commercial also completed a  Party City expansion and renovation at this facility, turned over in February.  The retail center is owned and operated by Kite Realty Group located in Indianapolis, IN.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently started a 300,000 SF demolition project as part of a multi-phase development for Copart, Inc.  The facility is located in central Florida and the overall development is scheduled for completion in 2013.  Copart is based in California with locations throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded the Phase II build-out at Promenade Self Storage located in Lafayette, IN.  Phase II consists of six separate buildings totaling just over 55,000 SF of additional available storage space at the center.  Construction is to begin in January.

Gibson Commercial Construction has completed Phase 1 of a multi-phase project located in Apopka, FL for Copart, Inc.  The completion of the 300,000 SF structure demolition sets the stage for Phase 2 to begin in 2012.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded an office build-out project by US Safety Depot in Greenwood, IN.  US Safety Depot has recently experienced exceptional growth and is relocating to a larger facility to accommodate customer needs.  Gibson Commercial has been hired on a design-build basis to handle the facility renovations.

Gibson Commercial completed and turned-over a new office/warehouse facility to US Safety Depot on March 16, 2012.  Congratulations to US Safety Depot on its new facility and continued success!

Gibson Commercial Construction has commenced construction on the first DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines facility located in Indianapolis.  The space is located at Traders Point II on 86th Street in Indianapolis.
