Gibson Commercial Construction has completed a new 3,400 square foot DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines located at The Shoppes at River’s Edge, 4335 E. 82nd Street.  The Grand Opening for DiBella’s third Indianapolis location was held on November 7th.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded the Phase III final facility at Promenade Self Storage in Lafayette, IN.  The facility will be complete by the end of December 2012.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded the contract for approximately 15,000 SF of new offices for Endress + Hauser Flowtec AG located at 2330 Endress Place in Greenwood.

Gibson Commercial Construction starts Frontier Liquors project in Evansville, IN

Gibson Commercial Construction was recently awarded a build-out for Camellia Cosmetics at the Eddy Street Commons development in South Bend, IN

The Camellia Cosmetics project is complete at Eddy Street and the owner’s are planning a Grand Opening the week of August 16th.

Frontier Liquors is finishing up some final “owner items” and are planning a Grand Opening in the very near future.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently started renovations on a 20,000 SF retail facility located at Sunland Towne Center in El Paso, TX. The facility is owned and operated by Kite Realty Group located in Indianapolis, IN.
