All wrapped up at GoldenLiving – Hendricks Regional Health TCU in Danville, Indiana!

The steel has been topped out on a new facility being constructed by Gibson Commercial Construction!  The facility and site are really starting to take shape for this newest office building located in Carmel, Indiana.

Gibson Commercial Construction has commenced construction on an exciting new 4-story building in Carmel, Indiana! The facility is scheduled for completion in late 2015.

Gibson Commercial Construction has relocated to a new facility located on the east side of Indianapolis. The facility consists of a larger office, warehouse and storage facility to accommodate the growing needs of the Company and its expanding customer base.

The facility is located at 3024 Ridgeview Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46226.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded multiple projects throughout the State of Indiana with Golden Living. Facilities underway include Bloomington, Muncie, Indianapolis (two) and Richmond to start soon.

The projects consist of multi-phase renovations, including corridor and patient areas, Dining, Lounge, Nurse’s Stations and a Reception. All work is completed while keeping the facilities open and operating.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded a complete design and build contract for a new facility at Southern Food Systems in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Construction is slated to begin in April 2015 and be complete in early summer.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently completed two structural concrete pits for a new production furnace line at Indiana Automotive Fasteners in Greenfield, Indiana.  The work included complete design and installation of the required pits.  The pits will be finished with an epoxy coating prior to the owner’s equipment being installed.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently completed two more renovation projects for Golden Living, both in Pennsylvania. Additional projects are underway for Golden Living in Massachusetts, scheduled to be complete in late March.  The projects consist of multi-phase renovations, including corridor and patient areas, Dining, Lounge, Nurse’s Stations and a Reception.  All work is completed while keeping the facilities open and operating.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded two additional renovation projects with Golden LivingCenters at its assisted living facilities in Portage, Indiana & Glasgow, West Virginia. The projects consist of multi-phase renovations, including corridor and patient areas, Dining, Lounge, Nurse’s Stations and a Reception. All work is completed while keeping the facilities open and operating.
