Speedco Expands at Love’s Travel Stop in Mooresville
Gibson Commercial Construction has recently started another project at the Love’s Travel Stop in Mooresville, IN. This project entails an expansion to the Speedco Truck Lube & Tires location at the Travel Stop. The expansion will increase the bay capacity and includes a pit for the mechanics.
Making Progress in Euclid, OH
The exterior buildings are going up in Euclid, OH for Extra Space Storage. The (9) new buildings will offer drive up storage in the parking lot of the existing climate controlled storage building. Although northern Ohio winters can be brutal, the crews have made significant headway on this project so far.
New Storage Option Underway in Lorain, OH
Work is underway in Lorain, Ohio, as Gibson Commercial Construction converts a building into the future Lorain Mini Storage. This location will offer climate controlled and drive-up storage options to its clients. Follow along as this project progresses throughout the spring season.
New Prep Academy for Associated Builders and Contractors
A new Prep Academy was recently completed for Associated Builders and Contractors in Fishers, IN. Gibson Commercial Construction, as well as many other members of Associated Builders and Contractors, were able to complete the buildout in order to give high school students the preparation tools they would need to grow within the construction field with hands-on experience. Tom Wood Powersports Indy is Officially Open
Gibson Commercial Construction transformed two former office buildings into the new home for Tom Wood Powersports on 96th Street in Carmel, Indiana. The new space offers two showrooms for the multiple brand offerings, as well as a new service center to expand service capabilities offered at the location. Expansion Complete at Love’s Truck Care and Tire Center in Mooresville
A recent expansion of the Love’s Truck Care and Tire Center located at Love’s Travel Stop in Mooresville, IN is complete. This project added an additional bay complete with an oil pit to increase maintenance efficiency and capacity. The Truck Care lobby also received enhancements as part of this project.

New Associated Builders and Contractors Prep Academy in Fishers, IN
Gibson Commercial Construction is pleased to be able to assist with the buildout of the new Associated Builders and Contractors Prep Academy in Fishers, IN. The new space will allow the Prep Academy to continue its reach to local high school students to prepare them for careers within the construction trades. This program offers high school students a unique opportunity to experience the trades hands-on and begin their training prior to graduation.

Work has begun on the new location for Tom Wood Powersports on East 96th Street in Indianapolis, IN. Gibson Commercial Construction will be transforming these once office suites into Powersports’ new home. Once complete, the building will offer expanded showrooms and service facilities.
