Gibson Commercial Construction recently completed the buildout for the new Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Lafayette,  Indiana. This nearly 13,000 SF new location in the Market Square Shopping Center increases the number of work stations and provides training space for employees. This branch offers a Connect Center which allows Hoosiers around the clock access to the BMV Connect kiosks, which can complete routine transactions and helps avoid the wait.

Demolition has begun at the former Tom Wood Powersports Indy along 96^th Street.  This remodel will provide a fresh look to the remaining structure and provide functional workspace for the future tenant. Keep tabs on this project as the transformation continues to take shape.

The exterior expansion to the Extra Space Storage in Euclid, Ohio has reached a milestone. The building slabs are complete, the asphalt binder is down and conduits are ran. A short break from this project as we await the arrival of the building package to take this project vertical.

Gibson Commercial Construction managed the construction of a 7,000 SF climate controlled storage building at Elyria Storage in Elyria, OH.  This new building adds climate controlled units to the offerings Elyria Storage provides. New asphalt and storm sewer work were additional scope items to enhance the facility.

Approximately 8,800 square feet of exterior self storage is coming soon to Extra Space Storage on Chester Ave in Cleveland, OH.  In addition to the new exterior units,  site fencing, automatic gates, site lighting and security cameras will be installed at this site. These exterior units will complement the interior storage conversion Gibson Commercial Construction completed at this location in 2020.
