The project consisted of an additional 18 drive-up storage buildings totaling approximately 44,000 SF in the existing parking lot of the climate-controlled Extra Space Storage.
The scope of work completed by Gibson Commercial Construction included storm sewer work, site work, building foundations/slabs, building construction, site paving, fencing, NOKE access control, landscaping, and site lighting. A reroof of the existing building was included as part of the construction scope.
