The project began as an expansion to the men’s restroom and renovation of the existing restroom. The project ended up including a renovation of the women’s restroom, shower refresh, addition of a customer laundry facility, reworking the diesel desk and addition for a walk-in cooler and freezer. Throughout the projects, the facility remained open to customers at a full capacity.
The Scope of Work included selective demolition, concrete work, masonry, framing, drywall, ceilings, tilework, millwork, as well as associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
