The project consisted of the construction of (2) new retail buildings at an existing shopping center in Shenandoah, Texas.
The site scope of work for the project entailed infilling existing ponds using lime stabilization, installation of utilities to the future structures, creating an underground storm detention system beneath the extended parking lots, site lighting, dumpster enclosures, and landscaping.
The buildings’ scopes of work included construction of the shell structures for future tenants including (2) “whitebox” conditions in the 6,000 SF structure and a full build-out for DXL Men’s Apparel in the 7,200 SF structure. The buildings are conventional steel structures with concrete masonry walls. The exterior finishes include metal panels, EIFS, stucco, and storefront.
