The project consisted of the construction of a 3,400 SF clubhouse at the private racecourse of Putnam Park Road Course in rural Indiana.
The exterior consists of split face concrete masonry construction with glass block windows and a membrane roof.
The interior consists of exposed painted structure, tiled floors with naughty alder wood doors and accents. The tiled restrooms double as locker rooms with walk-in shower facilities. Any man-cave is not complete without a quartz bar along with a kitchen. Multiple televisions and building automation are a few of this project’s unique features.
