The project consisted of the complete interior renovation of approximately 22,500 SF of existing space for a new tenant, Furniture Factory Warehouse. The scope of work included interior demolition as needed to create the finished space. The finishes included new carpet and paint throughout, complete lighting replacement, new framing, drywall and finish millwork in the Sales Area. The scope also included restroom upgrades, mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout and improvements at the rear of the space.
